CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
1. Check-in time : 02.00 PM and Check-out time : 11.00 AM
2. At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guest must produce the reservation number to GH Manager.
3. Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings. For corporate & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
4. A Locker for your valuables are available in the Beach House. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
5. In case any damage is done to the property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and the property manager will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
6. There are special charges for weekends, Christmas, and New year. Please do contact our Sales Offices for further information.
7. Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
8. All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes. Taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.
9. Kindly note that the check in time is 02 PM and the check out time is 11 AM. Kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival to better prepare your stay. Should you want to guarantee an early check-in, we would recommend booking the night prior to your arrival.
10. Any damage incurred to the furniture and fixture of the hotel by the guests during your function, will be billed to you.
Cancellation Policy
Please read - these policies are strict to keep rooms available for guests who intend to actually stay with us. Contact us if you have any problems in your travels or would like to change or rearrange your reservation.
1. Prior to 15 days of check-in date, no cancellation charges will be levied.
2. 15 days to 3 days of prior to check-in date, a cancellation charge of the amount of 15% of total booking will be charged.
3. Within 3 days prior to check-in date, a cancellation charge of the amount of 50% of total booking will be charged.
4. In case of no show with no communication about cancellation full booking amount will be charged.
5. In case if the booking payment is made by Credit/Debit Card, an additional 2% will be charged.

Guaranteed reservation room will be held for the guest till next day 9.00 am of arraival date. After which it will be treated as no show booking.
Refund Policy :
Refund for cancelled will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
